After getting her master's degree in Business Administration and learning the ropes of business and finance, Payal decided to explore her creative side by joining an advertising agency. After her brief stint in advertising, she took a break to look after her family, but her oldest daughter re-ignited her creative spark a few years ago and there's been no looking back since then. Even though Payal handles the project management and business development aspect of PS Design Factory, art and creativity have always a part of her life, not just during school but also college. In fact, she has always been intrigued by lines and textures, which according to her, 'Open the door to harmony, contrast and unity in interior designing'. She is highly inspired and intrigued by Sir Michelangelo Buonarroti – a sculptor, painter, architect and poet. He has taught her to look at everything, be it a piece of furniture or a block of stone, as a piece of art and think of it's capabilities to enhance the beauty of a living space. Of course, being an extrovert always helps. It gives her an opportunity to know more about her clients and their needs, no matter how big or small they may be.
